What is Surf On Demand Credit?
Surf On Demand Credit is a flexible add-on that allows members to pre-load funds and apply them toward on-demand and scheduled flights. Members also enjoy perks such as bonus credit, best available rates, and access to a dedicated concierge team and account manager.
What credit tiers are available?
There are three membership tiers. Tier 1 offers $50,000 in credit with $1,500 in complimentary bonus credit. Tier 2 offers $250,000 with $15,000 in bonus credit. Tier 3 offers $500,000 with $45,000 in bonus credit and complimentary annual membership dues.
Is there a booking fee?
Members across all three tiers pay no booking fee. Non-members are subject to a 10% booking fee.
Does my Surf On Demand Credit expire?
Yes. SurfCredit expires once used, after 12 calendar months, or upon membership termination, whichever comes first. Bonus or complimentary credit expires 90 days after the grant date unless otherwise specified in writing.
Can I pay for my credit in installments?
Installment deposit options are available for Tier 2 and Tier 3 members. Please note that bonus credit is not applied until all installment payments have been received.
What is the flight cancellation notice requirement?
Members are required to provide 48 hours notice for flight cancellations. Non-members are required to provide 72 hours notice.
Can I get route-specific rates?
Yes, route-specific rates are available upon request. Tier 1 members can access rates for one route, Tier 2 for two routes, and Tier 3 for four routes.
Is Surf On Demand Credit refundable?
No. Surf On Demand Credit is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. It also cannot be used to purchase additional Surf On Demand Credit or third-party products and services.
Do I need a membership to use Surf On Demand Credit?
Membership is recommended to get the most out of Surf On Demand Credit. Non-members can purchase credit but will be subject to a 10% booking fee and a 72-hour cancellation notice requirement, and will not receive bonus credit or other member benefits.
