Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Jet Card?

A Jet Card is a prepaid flight program that provides guaranteed access to private aircraft at fixed hourly rates. You fund your account upfront and draw down hours as you fly. Your rate is established at purchase, eliminating the need to negotiate pricing on every trip. One call, one request, and we manage the rest.

What's included in the price?

Jet Card pricing is all-inclusive, covering the aircraft, crew, fuel, taxi time, landing fees, and standard handling charges. Applicable Federal Excise Tax (FET) may apply.

Where can I fly?

Jet Card members enjoy fixed hourly rates throughout the 48 contiguous United States. International travel is also available to most destinations, with any applicable surcharges disclosed in advance.

What if I need to fly on short notice?

Most itineraries are confirmed within hours of receiving your request. Standard notice requirements vary by program tier, typically ranging from 24 to 48 hours. When circumstances require immediate travel, we routinely accommodate same-day departures, subject to aircraft availability and possible surcharges.

How are operators selected?

Every flight is selected through our network of carefully vetted operators. We work with operators that meet FAA requirements and applicable international standards, with additional oversight supported by independent safety organizations such as ARGUS and Wyvern. Our internal team continuously evaluates operator performance, safety, reliability, and aircraft quality. Aircraft are selected based on the requirements of the mission—not the lowest available price.

What happens if there is a mechanical issue or operational disruption?

If an aircraft becomes unavailable due to a mechanical issue or operational disruption, we will secure a comparable replacement aircraft whenever possible at no additional cost. Our priority is protecting both your schedule and your standards of service.

How many hours can I buy on a Jet Card?

Jet Cards are built around your travel needs and can be purchased in 25-hour increments. You only use what you fly, and can adjust your program up or down annually at no additional cost. If you’re looking for fewer than 25 hours, your advisor can walk you through our Regional Jet Card option.

Who Benefits Most from a Jet Card?

Jet Cards are best suited for frequent private flyers who value consistency, priority access,
and pricing stability. They are ideal for individuals and businesses seeking a more predictable
and efficient private travel solution, while still retaining the flexibility to utilize different aircraft categories depending on passenger count, range, or mission profile.
